Morning, evening, Saturday and Sunday  appointments are available so you don't have to take time off from work.  Same day appointments are possible. 

Got a deadline... no problem.  My turnaround is generally 5 to 10 business days for 1 to 4 family dwellings and 3 to 4 weeks for apartment buildings, small commercial and light industrial properties.   If I promise the appraisal will be done on a certain date, I'll deliver.
